Jace Lipps '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jace Lipps and I am a junior at Tri-Village High School in New Madison Ohio. I am considered a utility player, and am comfortable in every position I am place in. My main playing position on my varsity high school team is center field, pitcher, and shortstop  however on my traveling team, I am place in the position that best suites the team we are competing against (2^nd base, shortstop, center field, pitcher ect.). Academically, I strive for the best grades possible, and recognize that my effort in the classroom is just as important as my effort on the field, as both are equally important for my future. I live and breathe baseball, and in the words of the great Derek Jeter “I hope I wear this jersey forever”.

In the future I am hoping to play college baseball, while earning my degree to become a businessman. While not on the field, you can more than likely find me fishing or in the woods.

We have a phrase that is always heard in our dugout “A&E” (Attitude and Effort) and that is exactly what I  give in all aspects of my life.
