January 2019 Personal Statement
My name is Ryan Florence and I will be a 2022 graduate from Shadyside High school in Shadyside,OH.
I am a dedicated and hardworking catcher who wishes to further my athletic and academic future at the collegiate level. I work hard on and off the field both athletically and academically. I maintain a 4.23 GPA in the classroom while taking multiple honors courses, have been a 4 year letter winner in football and 4 year letter winner in baseball. I have been recognized as a 2nd team all district defensive end and first team all conference catcher as a freshman, as well being recognized for all conference academic honors. I also participate in several clubs, and have been chosen to become a member of The National Honor society.
I have played baseball my whole life and it is what I love to do. My goal is to find a college that I can continue doing what I love and achieve my academic goals for the future.
