Personal Statement
Hi!
My name is Mateo Basora. I want to play baseball in college at the highest level possible for my abilities. Even though I am 14, I am still very small for my age. I am only 85 pounds right now. I have not grown or started puberty yet. But everyone around me has. I hope that when I do grow and get bigger, I will be able to rise to the top in baseball and help my team win more games!
Even though I am small, I try hard and compete hard against other teams. I play infield a lot for my team and have a decent arm. I think the reason I still hang in there with other teams is that I have good fundamentals and practice them every day.
I am also a good student with As & Bs. Please consider recruiting me. You won't regret it!
