Brayden McLaughlin '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brayden McLaughlin, I am 6' 3", 180 lbs and am a Senior at Forest Grove High school in Forest Grove, Oregon.   My goal is to work hard so I can reach my fullest potential in both sports and academics.  I want to study business and own my own business.  

I was a 3 sport athlete for my Sophomore and Junior years.  This year I played football and baseball, taking off basketball to work on college applications, scholarships and setting up a school to play baseball in college.  My coaches have seen me work hard on and off the field.   I have been a leader on the field with helping to encourage my teammates.  Off the field I have many hours of volunteer time, working at retirement centers, cleaning up my city and helping Unified teams.  

I have been a utility player for my baseball team allowing them to use my skills to the best of the teams needs.  I played mostly in outfield and as a clean up pitcher, but also infield as was needed.   I continued to hit fourth in the line up all season.  

I believe I am a great candidate for your program with drive to help get the team where it needs to go.
