Tamlin Ferguson '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete looking to play college baseball at the highest level my talent will allow.  I wish to attend a college that is a good fit for me both athletically and academically.  I am looking for a team that is very competitive and has history of winning.

I currently have a 3.2 GPA and have high academic standards. My teachers and coaches will tell you that I am hardworking, competitive and devoted to succeeding.  I always want to be the best player when I'm out on the field and best student when I'm in the classroom.  I am a disciplined accomplished hitter with power to all areas of the field and am very versatile athlete defensively in that I can play infield and outfield equally as well.

I am different from other prospects because of my personal characteristics.  My coaches call me a “Quiet Leader” who leads by example. My TAP profile characterizes me as a “Team First” leader that leads by example and teammates choose to follow.  I am a two-sport varsity athlete with a tremendous work ethic, a very competitive spirit and a strong desire to succeed in everything I do! I have completed three high school seasons of football and two high school seasons of baseball. All but one of those teams have won the district title and gone on to compete in the state tournament. My teammates and I have one state title so far in Football. The point of all this is that I am accustomed to playing on highly competitive teams that win!
