Baseball has been a cornerstone of my life since a very young age. I have grown up learning to love the game we play and have the goal of competing at the next level. Baseball has helped me develop teamwork skills and has instilled in me the desire to not only improve myself but also improve my team. I comprehend the importance of the mental aspect of baseball.
On the academic front, I am in the top one percent of my class and have already received college credits from an accredited university. I work to maintain excellence in my classes. In addition to playing baseball I am also on the basketball team and have played all my high school years.
During the winter, in addition to playing basketball, I also coach basketball for young kids at a local church. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior and this gives me the opportunity to not only help kids have fun but also assist them in their walk with the Lord. Being a follower of Christ has taught me to treat people around me with love and respect and to also love and respect myself. My prayer is that Jesus uses me to be a light to others in our world.
