November 2014Personal Statement
My biggest inspiration is definitely my mom. I have received a lot of hitting help at a young age from Matt Adams- Major league 1st baseman. I am currently working out with Justin Hazelton, former minor league player.
I really like to listen on how my baseball coaches work to make me better. For two years my hard work paid off as I got to start varsity in both my freshman and sophomore year. I was fortunate enough to receive an Honorable Mention Award from the State of PA in both years and named as All-Area All-Star for our region. This summer I led my team to win Districts and States on our 16U Travel Team as the starting LHP.
My goal is to play college baseball and do whatever I need to do to help the team win.

- This league was made up of mostly college players, or former high school players. I learned a lot while playing with the older guys.

- I was also the youngest player on this team. This team was the All-Star Team of the area. We were 2012 District Champs. State Tourney Appearance in Lebanon, PA. I had the 3rd best batting average on the team with a .382 and the best ERA at 2.47.
- 2012 Clearfield Chiefs PA (American Legion)
- I am the youngest player on this team. The ages of the players range from 14 (me) to 19. I have the 2nd best batting average on the team at 417. The team average was 312. I also was the pitching closer for this team and ended up with a 3.71 ERA which I am proud of. I went up against kids who were much older than me in this league.
