My goals as a student athlete in college are to graduate (with honors) with an architecture degree, grow as an individual, improve my baseball skills every year, and help my team win. I will work as hard as anyone to improve myself and my baseball skills every year. I am primarily a middle infielder and RHP, but I play a good outfield and will play wherever I can help my team the most! I set goals a year ago to run under 7 seconds in the 60yds, hit 80 mph velocity on my fastball, and to hit with more power. Academically, my goal was to make "high honors" my sophomore year. I met my goals. I improved from 7.2 sec to 6.88 sec in the 60 yds, and improved from 74 mph to a peak fastball of 85 mph. I have strength and conditioning and core conditioning classes in school; and I work out with a personal trainer to help me achieve these goals. I led my high school varsity team and Legion team in batting average, extra-base hits, and stolen bases this year. I was named First Team All-Area and All-Conference honorable mention as a sophomore, and selected to the York/Adams County Legion All-Star Team my first year in the league. I have played over 100 games this year including high school, American Legion, Travel Tournaments, and showcases. I was selected to Team Max Bat's National Team, and to one of the Under Armor National Teams to compete in the Arizona Junior Fall Classic October 2015 in Peoria, AZ. I am currently preparing for my Junior High School Baseball season, and my main goal beyond the upcoming season is to find the "right fit" for me as a student athlete in college!
