Colin Harger '19 Recruiting Profile

What separates me from others on my team is my positive attitude.  I believe if I show a great desire to win attitude in the weight room, during team practices,  while working on my own, or even with a few of my teammates, that will aspire others to work just as hard as me. If I'm cheering on my teammates while they are at bat, it will convince others to join along with me. If I study for my tests and earn good grades, that will encourage others to study for their upcoming test. What is vital for a program to have success is when players have great relationships with each other on and off the field, which should make players come out of their comfort zone, play loose, and even more confident than usual. I always try to be a great leader by example in whatever I do to inspire my teammates to win on any given day.
