I just finished my junior year in high school and am excited about the prospect of continuing competition in lacrosse in college. I started playing lacrosse in the 6th grade. I have played many sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football and soccer. However, my true love is lacrosse. I played for a club team in the summer of 2019, Ultimate Lacrosse Pittsburgh, and participated in several summer tournaments with the team. I stopped the club sport last fall because of soccer season.
It is my goal to be the best team player possible. I try and work with my younger teammates to make them better, because that makes our team stronger. I love playing midfield because it gives me the opportunity to feed my attack teammates the ball, as well as the opportunity to score. I was able to score in all but 3 games this past season. This season was the best for our high school since 2017. We made playoffs and lost in overtime to a very competitive rival.
In addition to athletics, I am taking honors and some college courses in school this year. I would like to become a CPA in the future, or perhaps a chemist as I really enjoyed my honor's chemistry class, and am dedicated to my career and sport. I have also held a job in the summer at Kennywood Park, a local amusement park in Pittsburgh, PA.
I am also an avid gamer when I have time, which is becoming less and less. I do not have any social media pages, as I think the entire system is pointless.
