I would love the opprotunity to compete for an everday starter position by earning my spot everyday with my work ethic on and off the field. Earning the trust of the coaching staff with communication and controling the things I can control like my effort and attitude. The game of baseball has given me so many great chances to learn, compete and become a better person through the success' and failures of the game. I was given the amazing opprotunity to represent my province and compete in the North American Indiginous Games this past summer. We were able to bring home a bronze medal but most importantly the memories and friendships that were formed will last a lifetime. As high school comes to a close I really want to do whatever it takes to continue on with my baseball career to create new memories and friendships like the ones I was able to create during the experience in Halifax.
I would love the opprotunity to continue my education with the hopes of being in an education program or in a sports management program. I have been given the wonderful opprotunity of being able to coach baseball at the facility where I train in the winter months. Working with the kids and seeing the progresssions they make is an amazing reward for the time that we put in with them. Watching and helping the younger generation reach their personal bests in the game is absolutley awesome.
I pride myslef in being a great team guy in always supporting my teammates and wanting the best the team in all situations. I feel like I am a very versatile player on the feild as I can play every position well. Hard work and a positive attitude has always taken me down the right path.
