Bennett Roemer '22 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember baseball has been one of the largest parts of my life. Baseball has grown to become more than just a game for me and turned into a lifestyle. I have learned how to handle many situations in life and become more of a man throughout my career. I have dreamed of playing at the next level since the start of tee ball. I play the game with a high level of energy while keeping good sportsmanship. As a pitcher I have always been the guy that gets put in with the bases loaded and finds a way to get out of the jam.  Other than pitching, I am a very situational hitter.  With a runner on third I have always been the guy you can count on whether it be with a base hit or a hard ground ball to push the run across. Outside of baseball I spend my time hanging out with family and friends. I also spent the past Summer coaching a 10u travel baseball team and provided personal lessons with many kids from the rec league. I have a 3.5 unweighted GPA and a 4.2 weighted GPA. I would love to take my baseball career to the collegiate level and maybe even further.
