I have played competitive sports since I was five years old. I excell at baseball, soccer, football, and basketball. I love all sports but baseball is my passion and all I have ever wanted to do athletically is to play baseball at the next level.
I bring a great arm, good defense, and speed on the bases and in the field. I am a contact hitter with .408 batting average this year. I have played with great success in Left Field, First base and as a starting pitcher for my High School team, the Clarendon Broncos. I play where I'm needed. I work hard, I listen to my coaches, and I learn quickly. My coaches say I am extremely coach-able and have a great work ethic.
I was moved up from JV to play on the varsity Basketball team as a 9th grader, helping to win a Texas State championship. I was selected this year as First Team all-district Defensive End in football. I was selected as Second Team all-district outfielder in baseball. I credit my coaches and my family for helping me achieve my goals academically off the field and athletically on the field.
Academically I study hard and work on my grades. My GPA is 3.6 and I'm working to improve it. I am going to attend a college that will help me grow as a person and will hopefully let me live out a personal dream to play baseball at the next level. My life goal is to become a coach myself to help other athletes achieve their goals.
