Emilio Trevino '19 Recruiting Profile

In the younger years of my baseball career, my team and I were always competing for championships. However, in my freshman year of high school we weren't the best competition in our district, we lost the majority of our games. From the experience of defeat, I was able to grow as a person. Leading me to work harder to become an overall better baseball player both mentally and physically. I am proud to be with this program because my teammates and I have the same mindset, which is to one day become state champions! I have and continue to learn the value of teamwork, leadership, commitment,and most importantly sacrifice. I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me academically as well as athletically. I believe I have the talent to not only compete at a college level, but also  excel academically. This confidence stems from my work ethic, as well as leadership and communication skills.  All that is missing is a program where I can utilize them effectively.
