I am a good all around athlete. Baseball is my primary sport and my team made it to the playoffs but we were knocked out in regionals. We finished ranked in Top 10 in Texas. I also played Varsity basketball. We were ranked 3rd in Texas 5A & 28th on the USA. I was voted All District in basketball this year. I have a 4 handicap in golf and was also a quarterback in middle school. I come from a family of athletes. My grandpa played baseball at Texas, brother played baseball at New Mexico and Pepperdine, 2 cousins played AAA in MLB, my Dad played golf at Houston Baptist, and my uncle Scott played golf at Oklahoma State (won NCAA Championship) and has been a PGA Tour member since 1986.
I am looking for a university where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the field. I would like to pursue a degree in business at a university with great academics and athletics. I am willing to put in the work to get to the next level in both academics and athletics. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team. I am open to all opportunities, although I prefer Texas, Oklahoma, other southern states or California.
