I’m a senior at Houston Christian High School in Houston, TX. I’m currently in my senior year, playing baseball at the Varsity Level. I enjoy playing Center Field because it challenges me to cover a large territory, and it forces me to work on increasing my speed. I’ve been playing baseball since the age of 6, and I continue to enjoy the excitement it brings to me. Although I’ve played baseball for many years, I’ve also had the pleasure of playing football and basketball at Houston Christian High School. Playing additional sports has helped me improve my overall physical abilities on the field. My initial goal is to play baseball on the college level, and hopefully transition to the big leagues with continued hard work. I know that continuing to play the sport I enjoy, at a higher level, is a huge challenge both mentally and physically, but I’m willing to put in the work that is needed to achieve the goal. I’m hoping to be recruited by a coach on the college level, that is committed to developing players to the best of their ability. What makes me a good and different recruit is that I’m open to constructive criticism, I’m easy to coach, and I will never criticize my teammates for making mistakes. My immediate educational plans are to achieve a bachelor’s degree in finance. My personal goals are to always strive to be a better man. The initial steps to achieving this, is by having a personal relationship with God in Christ.
