2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
As a two-sport, high school varsity athlete and AP student, I have always dreamed of playing baseball in college. I hope to soon make that dream a reality and I look forward to college being a time of personal growth and achievement, both academically and athletically. My goal is to pursue a business degree, followed by a career in sports management.
On the field, I plan to be a dedicated and dynamic player, teammate and leader on the team. As I grow throughout my college baseball career, I will strive to be an asset to the team – both on and off the field. I look forward to being a vital part of a college team’s infield and batting line up. Most importantly, I will always conduct myself with the utmost respect and principles, knowing that my personal actions directly reflect my team, my coaches, my school and my family.
