Having played baseball from the age of 8 it's really become part of who I am. I give everything I can, within reason, to the sport. I always try to improve, which means taking advice from experienced people and applying that in the best way possible to my skill set. I also believe that leaders can lead not only by their words, but by their actions. This is why wherever I play I want to have an impact the first year I get there. It may not be on the field, but I'd do anything to help the team win. This also translates to my actions off the field. I'm in Key Club and have been in the C5 Youth Foundation for 4 years now. Some of my baseball related accomplishments include making the USSSA All-American First team for both the 2011 and 2012 years and being selected team captain for my summer team the past 2 years. After high school I plan to major in either Engineering or Psychology. I'm very open-minded in the type of college I will attend. I just want a good combination of both competitive baseball, and a strong education.
