Quaid Tschetter '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’10”, 175lb catcher from Roanoke, TX and will graduate in the class of 2021. I started on the varsity team as a 9th grader at Byron Nelson HS, which is a classed 6A, the largest class in Texas. The highlights from my freshman season were qualifying for the playoffs and leading my team's regular season in home runs.  My sophomore year I was the starting varsity catcher and was a key contributor in our team reaching the playoffs for the second straight year.   I ended the season second on the team in most offensive statistics and team leader in RBI's.   Finally, I was selected to the 5-6A All District team as catcher. 

I have a 5.4 Weighted GPA and am in the top 7% of my class, which has over550 students.  For high school I have chosen to narrow my focus on baseball and my academics. I am looking to attend an institution that has an excellent academic reputation that will allow me to pursue my goal of becoming a doctor. I prefer schools that are located in the middle of the United States but I am open to opportunities that may require travel. Finally, I am a very hard worker and look forward being part of a winning team at the next level.
