2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
Ever since I went to my first college baseball game in 6th grade, I've worked very hard to have my own chance on an NCAA field. Through my playing tenure, I've overcome adversity on the field, in the weight room, in the classroom, and certainly within myself. I'm a great candidate for a head coach's program, because I work extremely hard towards making every aspect of my game elite. A coach will never have to bat an eye at my academic performance or question my on and off field work ethic. I'm a great teammate to have in the dugout, since I'm always incredibly supportive of teammates and the program.
I aspire to work and play hard on the field in collegiate baseball, but I believe my performance in the classroom is just as important. I'll likely major in political science with a minor in history, and I hope to graduate with a master's degree.. After graduation, I'd like to attend law school and become a lawyer.
