I was introduced to baseball when I was 7 years old. That was the moment that I never stopped loving the game. “Hard work pays off” became a common statement in my house. I have dreamed of playing at the college level from the moment I realized it was an option. I was empowered by the discipline this game has taught me when I saw the results of my hard work after hitting 21 dingers by the end of 7th grade. My teammates are my family and some of my best friends. Standing behind the plate as a catcher I have learned commitment and leadership that I will take with me for a lifetime.
