Bryce Cote '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bryce Coté and I love playing baseball for the fun of the game and also for all the opportunities that it has presented to me. Baseball has been a huge teacher to me through my years of playing and I have realized that even if you do something 100% correctly you have a good chance of being out. Also through my years of playing I have found that baseball is a game that can be decided through the individual battles but it also comes down to the selflessness of the players, willing to give the TEAM the best chance to win. It is one of my moral codes that I am not a finished product and can always improve something and I love to compete against my own best self. I loved what coach Deggs at Sam Houston State had to say about his team and how selfless they were and that's what it take to be a great team. I thoroughly love playing baseball not only for the athletic aspect but for the team/family aspect.
