I have always had a love for sports and a passion for the game of baseball. Baseball has constantly been a priority and commitment in my life. Winning two state championships on a regional travel team at ages 11 and 12 helped grow my love for the game in addition to establishing lifelong friendships. I have made a commitment to being a three season athlete in high school participating in baseball, football and basketball. I am a well spoken leader that is liked both on and off the field.
In additional to athletics, I am active in DECA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Project 180, and have served as a class officer. My high school academic goal is to achieve over a 3.5 grade point average and graduate with distinction.
I look forward to the opportunity to play baseball at the college level. I strive to be the type of leader that helps make my teammates and team better. I am a competitor with a strong desire to win and succeed with a drive to improve. I plan on attending college to obtain a degree in business communications/sports management.
I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to read my personal statement. I look forward to meeting you.
