I am a person who believes that you need to lead by example, so I do my best both on and off the field. I realized when I was younger that I was able to use the same dedication, knowledge and love that I have for baseball in the classroom. I then started to apply the same disciplines at school and I found that I enjoyed history and social studies. I put forth time and effort in everything that I do and I want to be able to show students how to do the same. I have always loved playing baseball and combining that with my desire to help students has me looking forward to playing college baseball as I study for my degree in teaching. I want to contribute to both my college and my team on and off the field.
