Brad Rasmussen '11 Recruiting Profile

I'm 6'0" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I bat left and throw left. My primary position is pitcher and secondary position is outfield. As a left handed pitcher pitcher I earned 1st Team All-Conference Honors and All District All Academics as a junior and was voted team Defensive Player of the year. During the 2010 spring season I had 129 strikeouts in 85 innings with 10 complete games and 7 wins. I have very good movement on my fastball that tails in on right handed hitters. I throw my fastball in the low 80's (83-84). I also have an excellent curve ball, change up and slider which I mix very well to keep hitters off balance. I am a hard worker who always gives 100% in practice and in games. I have the desire and ability to play college baseball and hope to show I'm worthy of going on scholarships. I had a GPA of 3.13 this last year and want to study Business Administration in college.
