Caleb Rogosienski '21 Recruiting Profile

For as far back as I can remember, I've always been excited to play baseball. Baseball has given me many attributes that I may not otherwise have today. Some of the attributes include a strong work ethic, desire to always get better and be the best I can be and motivation to achieve all my goals. My parents have helped instill some of these attributes in me as well, which have helped me from a very young age.

One of my goals is to play college baseball and make an impact on the team right away while getting my degree at a college I can call home. I'm also looking to develop, grow, and get smarter both on the field and in the classroom.

I know I can bring value to a college baseball program because I'm consistently in the weight room getting bigger, stronger and faster or hitting in a cage or playing catch always trying to perfect my craft. I can bring leadership to a college team because I have the desire to win and make my teammates around me better and push myself and them out of their comfort zone because that is where all the true growth happens and where you truly find yourself.

Some of my biggest accomplishments are winning Varsity Offensive Player of the Year and being a scholar-athlete both my Freshman and Sophomore years, as well as being apart of the Mukwonago National Honors Society.

Baseball and school have taught me many things, including many valuable lessons which I feel, are very critical in allowing me to achieve my lifelong dream of playing college baseball.
