My biggest motivation is myself. I am never completely satisfied with my performances. To me, baseball is a sport of small adjustments and making the details count. I‘ve been playing baseball since I was 6 and have been loving the sport ever since.
I started catching when I was 9 because my team was short of a catcher. So I stepped up and worked hard to be a player my coach could rely on. I think catcher is the best position in baseball because they are the leader on the field. All of my previous coaches have seen me as a leader and have considered me as another coach on the field. Playing in college has always been my goal. I take every chance I get to improve myself and I’m committed to put in work to improve throughout the college level as well.
