Evan Woods '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing baseball for as long as I can remember.  I started with T-ball when I was three years old and I've been playing ever since.  However, I was thirteen when I realized I wanted to play this game for as long as possible.   My collegiate goals are to get a degree either in film or in radiologic technology.  Another goal I have is to make it to the next level of baseball after college.  I am a good candidate for any team because I am a great teammate on and off the field and I am very coachable.  I am also willing to do anything to make it to this next level.  In the off-season, I am always striving to to get better and perfect my craft.  I feel like I am a well rounded player as I try to make sure I get better at all aspects of the game whether it's hitting in the cage, fielding, or throwing a bullpen.  I am also a left handed pitcher which helps gives me an advantage on the mound.  In the classroom, I excel in history and language arts.  My teachers in all subjects have complimented me over the years on being respectful, punctual, and hardworking.
