Maritza Jimenez '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Maritza Jimenez, for me Cheer is not a curricular activity, it's a team sport, one I have been committed to most my life.  I was fortunate enough to start cheer at a young age and it did not take me long to realize I had a strong passion and skill for the sport.  I currenly live in a rural area where resources are limited.  With focus, hard work and dedication  I have developed my skills to a level 4 and have competed at national level competitions.  I am a strong committed athlete that loves to hype up the crowd in a positive way and I look forward to growing, building my skills and becoming a part of a college team.
