My name is Joey Decker. I want to go into the medical field through the US Air Force to become a Flight Surgeon. I would be a good candidate for your team because I'm flexible with my positioning. I can be pretty much anything, tho I mostly base. I'm an Eagle Scout, and I value that a lot. I'm different than other recruits because I keep the energy up. I like to make things fun for not just me, but for everybody. I've played most sports for short times including, basketball, football, and bowling. The only one I really liked was bowling. Then my family moved to this little town in Arkansas called Mena. Mena doesn't have a bowling team. It was my junior year and I had no sports to play. I made friends easily and I met a cheerleader named Kiylee Hughes, she introduced me into cheer. I tried out at the end of my junior year and made the cut. Sense then I've enjoyed cheer more than any other sport I've played. I'm a smart kid. I've never struggled academically. I've sustained a 3.5 GPA throughout all of high school. I'm also a quick learner. My family has been all over the world because my dad served in the Air Force. He sacrificed so much for me throughout my high school years. When I joined cheer he was confused but very excited at the idea. My family is home to 6 boys and no girls so my parents never thought they would be cheer parents. I love cheer, and I want to progress further at the college of BYU Utah.
