Personal Statement

My dream is to play volleyball and basketball on a collegiate level, and hope to go even to a professional or olympic level. Ive played basketball for 9 years and volleyball for 5 years now. I play in school ball and USA Club Volleyball, Delta Region (Club G1 of mena, Ar. and previously Club Velocity out of Gleenwood, Ar.) I am a team leader, I have a great jump serve, I am a middle hitter and blocker, although i can play all the way around in volleyball and basketball. I am a sophmore now and am a starter for the Sr Varsity. I take pride in never missing a practice or game. My Grades are good, attitude is awesome. I am in the upward bound program through our local college and am running for student council this year. I am leaning toward studying sports medicine or sports education in college. I look forward to an awesome college experience. Thank you for your time.
