My name is Macy Jenkins and I would describe myself as a passionate, dedicated, committed, and optimistic student athlete, who loves to take on leadership roles. I am a competitive all star cheerleader, currently participating on two reputable teams. A few years ago, an unforeseen injury took over my life. I was devastated, but this road block ended up changing my life. I found my new passion for medicine. I would love to go into the medical field and provide optimal services for those in need. In the last year, I have received an “athlete of the year” award along with honor roll and deans list. All while maintaining a high GPA. What sets me apart, is my willingness to face adversity and find adequate solutions. My drive in life is to make a positive impact, while inspiring others!
