Aniya Windham '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aniya Windham. I am currently a junior in high school at Notre Dame Academy. I've done competitive all star cheerleading for 9 years and high school cheer for 1yr. I first started cheerleading when I was 3yrs old doing pop-warner. Cheerleading has always been a big part of life since I was 7 years old. I have always found the love for cheerleading to stick with me even when I took a break. What makes me a good candidate is that I always have high spirits, which is a characteristic I have adapted from cheer; no matter what I am always encouraging my teammates even if we have or haven't done our best. I am also very hard working and believe that without hard work you won't be able to fully succeed in what you truly what to do.
