1)Dedication and commitment to my sport and success. My cheer gym is located two hours away from where I live. I have been driving 4 hours round trip at least three times a week for practice for four years.
2) Respectful and coachable. I'm always open to try new skills and to apply coaches corrections.
3) Level 6 skills with great flexibility and body positions. Flexibility, body control and lines is one of my strengths. I excel in heal stretches, bow and arrows, scales and needles.
4) Good time management skills and work ethic. Given my cheer practice schedule of three times a week with a 4 hour round trip commute, I have had to learn to manage my time between school and practice. I have been able to manage my long hours of cheer practice and still been able to maintain a 3.93 GPA.
5)Passion and love for cheering. I love this sport for the skills it has taught me from body control, learning to communicate and work with teammates and coaches, to the fun and rush it is to compete and perform.
