2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I hope to enroll in a college where I can pursue a degree in kinesiology and education while also pursuing my dream of cheering on a competitive college team. I've always loved team sports and played basketball until high school started. It was then I realized my height meant a change of sport was necessary. Once I started cheering, I knew I'd made the right choice and found THE sport for me. Being part of a team is a big part of who I am. I want to be the best I can be for my teammates and I'm willing to work as hard and as long as necessary to make that happen. Just as important is supporting my teammates and being someone who helps everyone to be their best.
