Cheynne Jhonson '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi ! My name is Cheynne. I just started cheerleading my freshman year of high school and it has been nothing but enjoyable since. I aspire to continue on throughout college, cheering on whatever school I choose to go to. That’s what has been making me happy, being on the sidelines routing for my team…stunting, Jumping, and yelling out cheers. I feel like I’m what anyone could be missing on a team. I’m fun, reliable, persistent and not to mention always ready to learn something new. There’s not a challenge that you could put in my face and expect me to turn it down when it comes to cheer. What sets me aside from everyone else is my strive and effort.  I haven’t cheered for  a long time like some. I started late in life which has pushed me to work harder to prove that I deserve to be one of the top cheerleaders. I’m always willing to learn something new without hesitation, and most importantly I really enjoy doing what I do. Nothing makes me happier then cheering at a hot football game or a packed gymnasium.
