Cheerleading has been a part of my life since pre-K. I fell in love with the sport early on in my academic life and it has grown and blossomed into a part of my personality and character. I have worked my way up the "ladder" of cheer teams including: preschool, peewee, JV, and varsity. I spent 4 years competing with AllStar teams while continuing to cheer on school teams, while maintaining an A average on my studies . When I started taking tumble lessons and competing with an allstar team I knew I wanted to invest my time and energy in becoming the best athlete possible. I have served as captain of my allstar cheer squad, been an assistant coach for mini and youth level teams and assistant coach for tumble classes. Making the varsity cheer squad for my freshman year in high school, and having an amazing sideline cheer experience solidified the dream of wanting cheer in college. My goal is to continue to strive to add skills to my tumbling resume and to continue to gain strong teamwork, stunting, chant and dance skills throughout my high school experience. I want to be a leader for my team and encourage others to be their best selves on and off the field.
