I’ve been around cheerleading for as long as I remember my 2 older sisters did it and I was very intrigued in this sport at a young age. I told my mom I would be out there one day tumbling across the floor like they were, and I did. I started cheer my Freshman year of high school for the school and then it lead to competitive cheer. My grandmother who is deceased convinced my dad to let me do it. I am self taught with all of my tumbling. This past nationals my team and I placed 1st as a D7 xsmall team for Champion Force Athletics. I am very proud of myself for how far I have came and I would really like to step it up to the next level when I go to college. I still have many things I can work and improve on. This sport has became a big part of my life and I would like to pursue my idea of cheering in college.
