Avery Romero '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Avery Romero! Let me tell you alittle about myself I have been tumbling since I was 4 years old. I feel in love with the sport. I used to do cartwheels up and down the grocery aisle at the store. My parents knew this was gonna be my sport and it sure has been. I 1st start doing power tumbling for about 6 years and moved over doing competitive cheer at Ultimate Cheer Lubbock. I did competitive cheer for about 7 years. My last competitive  year was last year and I miss it so much. My dream is to one day to be able to cheer at a college level and make it to Daytona. This is passion and talent that the good Lord gave me and would love to pursue it after graduating from high school.  

This sport has also kept me out of trouble and has kept focused on my goals. I am very dedicated to this dream I have and not let anything get in my way!

I listen and work hard on all my critics that is giving to me. I try my best to make myself better and apply it to my tumbling or cheering skills.
