Katie Sewell '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaitlyn Sewell and I like to go by Katie. My intended field of study is Forensic Chemistry at a four-year university that is mid to large size. School spirit, community involvement and philanthropy are also in my top 5 for a university. I have a 3.8 GPA and am looking to continue education with honors post high school. As a multi-sport athlete, I am also looking forward to continuing athletic commitments in cheerleading. I have cheered for 13 years at various levels, most recently Cedarcrest High School Varsity for the past 4 years, with sideline, gameday, dance, chorography as well as base/ top stunt. I have been selected UCA All-American 2019 - 2022 as well as WIAA Athlete in 2021.  I also have played softball for the last 13 years at various levels. I currently play for Cedarcrest High School Varsity with focus on 2nd/ shortstop. In my down time I love to workout, solve puzzles, draw, photography and chase sunsets.
