- AwardsClass president for two years GLA Scholarship - Won scholarship from GLA for being top of group and I got money off for next trip GLA Fellowship- Had to write an essay to get into program where I am a special person on the program, meaning I am basically helping the counselors an then I write an essay when I get back reflecting on my experience (GLA is a service group with whom I went to the Dominican Republic and London, France and Switzerland to do comunity service and learn.) On Honor Roll in Junior Year (top 30% GPA)
- ActivitiesLibrary Renovation committee- Helped design new library at our school with 6 other people Childrens Fund- Raise money for children Ted X- Host a ted talk every year (im the head) Yearbook- On sports committee where we take pictures of sports and put in the yb Pep Rally Committee - Planed and assisted in the first all school pep rally ever Head of the Patriot Fund- club to donate and raise money for disabled veterans because my dad is one so as a family we all understand the need and want to help GLA London - Served food to homeless then offered food to homeless on streets GLA France- Made sandwiches and handed out to people on streets GLA Dominican Republic- Went to the DR to administer free healthcare to people in a less fortunate community. We were helping build houses for them and more sanitary bathrooms for two weeks Medicine and Healthcare at Duke- Learning more about medicine at Duke and got to suture and intubate College Course on Medicine- College course that coincides with the info I learn at duke summer camp
