Julia DiConza '21 Recruiting Profile

My high school athletic career began with our Varsity Field Hockey team winning the Connecticut State Championship in 2017. Being a part of that team experience taught me many things. First, learning how the upperclassman perform under pressure was a great education for me as a freshman. It also taught me the importance of leadership and communication between all players on the team, as well as our coaching staff.

I like to be challenged academically and I have selected an advanced course load. My academic strengths include strong organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation.

I train very hard for my athletic goals and as a freshman, I was a dual varsity sport athlete. I am very coachable and enjoy my relationships on and off the field with all my teammates. I look forward to building on my success at the college level.
