I’m a natural defender and I care about fairness, human rights, and justice. I treat others with kindness and inclusion. My personal values inspire my interest in psychology, history, art, and the natural world, including pollinators. My values also inspire my love of goalkeeping. I’m a fierce protector and my natural high energy shines through when I play. When I first started playing for AGH, Coach Alex asked my mom: "is Reese always so...happy?" The answer is yes.
My goal is to be a college field hockey scholar athlete on a winning team that competes in NCAA championships in Division 1 or 3. Academic rigor and small class sizes are also important to me, and I look forward to contributing to a strong and close knit team and school community.
As a teammate and player, my strengths are my agility, positive attitude, courage, and coordination. I seek to learn and grow from both successes and from mistakes, and I take on feedback from my coaches and peers so that we can thrive as a team. I’m decisive, brave, and persistent, and I communicate effectively with care.
I live in Westport, Connecticut with my parents, twin brother, and older sister. I'm grateful to my family for supporting my goals.
