Hi, my name is Tyler Everslage and I'm a sophomore at Assumption High School in Louisville, Kentucky. My passion for field hockey was sparked when my older sister started to play club field hockey. She brought me back my first stick from a tournament when I was five. I wasn't very serious about the sport until I was around eleven. The older I've gotten, the more my work ethic has developed. I think my work ethic is what's set me apart from other field hockey players. I'm a very motivated person and quarantine has given me a huge opportunity to better myself as a player. I am also a very accountable person. I make sure I get enough practice and running in every week. These qualities have also transferred over to school. I want to play field hockey for as long as I can and hopefully at a top-notch college that challenges me both athletically and academically.
