Victoria Friend '19 Recruiting Profile

    Winning two State Championships was the highlight of my high school field hockey career. However, losing one State Championship taught me how to handle adversity, as well as become a better leader for my teammates. The idea of winning and leading my team led to me realize I had to put in the extra work in order to better myself. From staying longer in the weight room to staying after practice to perfect a shot, I became a much more improved and dedicated player.

    While sports are a big part of my life, academics are just as important. I am aspiring to be a nurse in my future and I am looking for the right college that will help me succeed not only on the field, but also in the classroom. I believe I have the talent and dedication to be a leader on your team and hope to further my field hockey career!
