Juliana Grimes '25 Recruiting Profile

I am Juliana Grimes. I am currently entering my Senior year of Varsity Field Hockey at Washington High School. I am an excellent athlete to have on your team because I am very self-motivated and take initiative when it comes to anything academic or athletic. I am a hardworking student academically, with above average grades. I am a member of the National Honor Society, and I am also an aspiring anesthesiologist enrolled in my school's biomedical program. I also have taken some classes at a local college as an effort to further my education. I would love to continue to excel in my academic career in a university as a student athlete.

I have been playing field hockey since my freshman year of high school and have fallen in love with my sport. Since joining the team, I have taken every initiative and opportunity available to get better. I play field hockey year-round, constantly practicing and working on myself to get better. I also joined the track team to help stay in shape for the fall season. I have recently have started practicing with ShoreByrds Field Hockey Club, and I am looking forward to great and successful seasons with my new teammates as I begin to prepare for the collegiate level.
