2021 Highlights Personal Statement
Hi my name is Marissa Politano and I'm a junior at Acton Boxborough Regional High School, in Acton, MA. My biggest goal is to have the opportunity to play field hockey at the college level because I love the fast pace of the game, the sense of family from being on a team and the pure joy from playing the game. During my 3 years of high school, I have been on the JV my first year and Varsity for 2 years. In addition, I play on the Strikers club field hockey team. I play year round on both turf and indoor. I have been very successful at managing my academics and athletics and know that I will succeed at both at the college level. Although this year has been different, I am still pushing through and being positive.
