Hello, thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to review my profile.
I love this sport and the competition. I became a varsity player during my freshman year and knew from that day going forward, how field hockey was going to alter my life in significant ways. After looking at options to better my education and field hockey skills, I decided to transfer to The Governor's Academy in Massachusetts and repeat my sophomore year. I believe another year of developing my skills and playing in a competitive league, will help me reach my end goal of playing at the collegiate level.
I aspire to go to a college that will allow me to grow as a person, further my skills as a teammate, and maximize my potential in the ever-competitive business world. I feel that playing in college alongside girls, coaches, and trainers that love field hockey as much as I do would be remarkable. I am a driven person, I have grit, and I am coachable. Being a student-athlete has shaped me to be a well-rounded person on and off the field, and pursuing this goal in college will have me set with social skills and academics for life after college.
Thank you for taking the time to review my profile,
Olivia Hammer
