My name is Eva Thomson and I am a student at Medfield High School in Medfield, Massachusetts (YOG 2026). In 3rd grade, I started playing field hockey through our local Parks & Recreation program. I realized field hockey was my favorite sport when I looked forward to the practices as much as the games. I continue to enjoy practicing, and still get excited to learn new things from my coaches and peers. I made the varisty field hockey team as a freshman and earned playing time in almost every game through the season and the playoffs. I also had the opportunity to be a starter in a few games. My club field hockey team is Metrowest Storm. My primary positions are forward and midfield but my coaches have also put me on defense when needed and I also enjoy it. I look forward to improving my skills by attending clinics, camps and tournaments.
Besides field hockey, I am a member of the Medfield Varsity Apline Ski Racing team and have been racing since I was 8 years old. In the spring, I will be a member of the Medfield Varisty Softball team. I enjoy playing sports and challenging myself to be a 3 sport athlete. I am a good student and enjoy doing well academically. My first transcript will be avaiable at the end of this year. Outside of sports and academics, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Sincerely,
Eva
