Hi my name is Maia, i'm in the class of 2024 at Bow High School. I started playing field hockey in second grade and I’m currently playing for Seacoast, an indoor club team in NH. I have the advantage of being a multi-sport athlete coming from an athletic family. My mom (gymnast) and my dad (football) both played in college. My two all-state football older brothers were multi-sport athletes as well who both played college football. They all have helped me improve my skills and toughness with everything I do. Being a multi-sport athlete enabled me to learn from a variety of coaches, cross train, and condition differently throughout the year. This makes me a physically strong, fast athlete as well as mentally strong. I was a varsity field hockey starter as a forward my freshman, sophomore and Junior year. I ran outdoor track my freshman year (100, 200 and 400) and switched to lacrosse and earned a varsity letter sophomore year. I've also been a competitive gymnast for over 10 years. With that being said, field hockey is my passion and the sport I focus on the most. I would like to play on a competitive college team at the highest level possible. I am excited to play with teammates who have the same passion and can work together to meet goals.
